You’ve built a life that looks great from the outside. You’re doing it all “right.” People rely on you. And still, something feels off. Maybe you’re burnt out, caught in relationship patterns you understand but can’t seem to shift, or wondering how long you can sustain this pace without losing yourself. You may have felt misunderstood, struggled to feel like you truly belong, or noticed that you often sacrifice your own needs to maintain connection.

I work with bright, capable adults who find themselves overfunctioning, managing everyone else’s needs, or feeling disconnected in their closest relationships despite wanting intimacy. My approach is depth-oriented and relational, informed by experience and a deep respect for the complexity of each person’s psyche and story. I see emotional pain not just as something to be resolved, but as a signal pointing toward growth, creativity, and a fuller way of inhabiting your life. I’m less interested in quick strategies and more interested in helping you connect with yourself well enough that change begins to feel organic, grounded, and sustainable.

In our work, we pay attention to patterns, defenses, desires, and the parts of you that learned early how to cope and are still working very hard. Over time, people often feel more solid inside, less reactive in relationships, and more available for joy, creativity, and connection. Therapy here is a space for real engagement, for people who are willing to invest in themselves and are looking for work that goes beyond surface-level insight.
